St John's College, Woodlawn is a co-educational Catholic Secondary College situated in a charming rural setting 5km from Lismore and just over half an hour from Ballina and Byron Bay. The current enrolments are around 770.

Classroom and Learning Support / Teachers Aide
Full time / Part time temporary positions commencing 31 January 2025 for the 2025 school year

Applicants must:
Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following criteria:
- a knowledge of and commitment to the Catholic ethos and mission of the school
- experience in working with children with special needs, including children on the autistic spectrum
- awareness of the needs of students with diagnosed allergies and training in the use of EpiPen
- ability to successfully implement programs and document progress regarding individual and/or small group support
- preparedness to undergo further training in aiding children with special needs
- experience in working collaboratively with teaching staff in a classroom environment
Your application should address the above criteria including the nomination of two (2) referees including a Parish Priest, Priest or Minister where possible.
