McAuley Catholic College is situated in Grafton on the North Coast of NSW, and provides a Catholic education to students of the Clarence Valley. MAINTENANCE / GROUNDSPERSON
Part-time temporary position (30.4 hrs/week - 4 days)
Commencing 27 January 2026 for the 2026 school year

Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work with all members of the school community, both individually and as a member of a team
- Understanding of and capability to apply Workplace Health and Safety standards, especially in the use and application of cleaning equipment and materials
- Proven ability as an effective team member
- Physical fitness is an essential criterion as the role requires some lifting and physical labour.
- Ability to understand the work environment by learning quickly to use and maintain cleaning equipment, materials and chemical supplies.
- Supports productive working relationships by carrying out cleaning duties with limited supervision and cooperatively participating as a team member.
- Displays personal drive and integrity.
- Awareness of the need for security in relation to rooms and buildings, personal property and equipment.
- Basic Computer skills.
